; About the Role

;We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team at
Xcelore. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, support financial
reporting, and ensure accuracy in all financial operations. This role requires strong analytical
skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with accounting tools and
software.

; Key Responsibilities

; Maintain accurate financial records and assist with day-to-day financial data entry.
Communicate with clients to clarify billing-related queries.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of receivables.
Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across financial entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and related tasks.
Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Contribute to statutory compliance, tax-related matters,



and audit data preparation.

; Requirements

; Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (minimum requirement:
Tally).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative
environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
