Position: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Corporate Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement productive supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of jewellery, raw materials, and other inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce stock discrepancies, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Analyze demand forecasts and plan procurement to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Ensure timely movement of goods between the corporate office, warehouses, and retail stores.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Track and improve key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), including lead time, inventory accuracy,



and order fulfillment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance to management.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualification

- Minimum Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics will be an added advantage).

Experience

- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the retail, jewellery
