Key Responsibilities

- Write high-impact Malyalam promo scripts for microdramas, OTT shows, and digital campaigns.
- Craft emotion-driven hooks that grab attention instantly and boost viewer retention.
- Analyze top-performing OTT promos & viral content trends to replicate success patterns.
- Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and marketing to deliver compelling narratives.
- Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for short-form video platforms
- Stay ahead of digital trends, viral hooks,



and audience engagement strategies in India.

What We re Looking For

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Malyalam content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing.
- Background in OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling.
- Strong understanding of story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension.
- Exceptional command of written Malyalam. (creative, punchy, impactful)
- Ability to create short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content.
- Self-driven, quick thinker who thrives in a high-speed content environment.
