Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Site Security Operations - Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of manned guarding, access control, and CCTV monitoring. Conduct site patrols, security checks, and vulnerability assessments. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and client-specific protocols.
- 2. Incident & Crisis Management - Act as the first responder for all incidents at the site (theft, intrusion, emergencies). Lead emergency response efforts including evacuation, lockdown, and fire safety drills. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and escalate issues as per protocol.
- 3. Team Leadership & Supervision - Lead, mentor,



and motivate the site s security team (supervisors, guards, control room operators). Conduct daily briefings, refresher trainings, and grooming checks. Maintain discipline, morale, and professional standards among deployed staff.
- 4. Stakeholder Liaison & Client Coordination - Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders on all site security matters. Ensure seamless coordination with facility management, HR, admin, and external agencies. Provide daily/weekly MIS, incident updates, and periodic performance reports to the client and G4S.
- 5. Compliance & Administration - Ensure compliance with PSARA, labor laws, EHS, and client-specific requirements. Maintain all records including duty rosters, visitor logs, access logs, and training documentation. Support vendor audits, compliance checks, and system reviews.
- 6. Technology & Systems Oversight - Supervise the operation of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and other security systems. Ensure daily system health checks and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs. Support retrieval of access logs and video footage for investigations.
