About this role

- We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net professional Engineer with 7 to 15 years of experience who can not only code but also lead, mentor, and drive technical excellence. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, managing a team, and working closely with clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of applications using .NET Core, python and cloud technologies
- Architect and implement scalable solutions using microservices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements
- Manage, mentor, and guide a development team
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Oversee database architecture and performance optimization
- Collaborate with clients to gather technical and business needs
- Ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications
- Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving

Technical Skills Required

- Expert-level experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#
- Solid fundamentals in Frontend frameworks like Angular, ReactJS or VueJS etc.
- Strong experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Codeium,



or similar platforms to accelerate software delivery, architecture design, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to guide teams in adopting AI-driven engineering practices while ensuring code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools and workflows to improve developer productivity and engineering efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, schema design, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architecture
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and scalability
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Leadership & Management Skills

- Experience managing and leading development teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to guide junior developers and conduct technical training

Qualifications

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field
