Job Title: Solar Sites Operations Manager (Ex-Servicemen Preferred)

Salary :7 lpa

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end security operations across assigned solar power plants, ensuring protection of critical assets, manpower management, client satisfaction, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement of site security standards. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, field mobility, and operational planning skills developed through defence service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct security surveys, risk assessments, and vulnerability audits of solar plants.

Manage deployment, attendance, training, and performance of security personnel across multiple sites.

Ensure effective perimeter security, access control, patrol management, CCTV monitoring, and protection of critical assets such as inverter rooms, SCADA systems, BESS units, cables, and stores.

Carry out guard audits, emergency response drills, and on-site training programs.

Investigate incidents, coordinate with local authorities, and implement preventive measures against theft, sabotage, and safety risks.

Review and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to clients and management.





Coordinate with plant O&M; teams, client representatives, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Monitor compliance with safety, security, and company SOPs while maintaining high service standards.

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements in manpower, technology, surveillance, and infrastructure.

Desired Profile:

Ex-Serviceman from Army, Navy, Air Force, CAPF, or equivalent defence background.

Solid experience in security operations, site administration, surveillance systems, and team management.

Ability to lead field teams, conduct inspections, and handle emergency situations.

Good communication, reporting, and client-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, mobile reporting tools, and basic security technology systems.
