Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, smart-working, and innovative professional with 34 years of experience in the food industry, including at least 2 years in seasoning development. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical, tactical, and problem-solving skills and be capable of independently managing product development projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize seasonings, spice blends, masalas, and food ingredient formulations.
- Create customized products as per customer requirements.
- Conduct laboratory trials, sensory evaluations, and production-scale trials.
- Evaluate raw materials, flavors, oleoresins, and functional ingredients.
- Prepare customer samples and provide technical support during product approvals.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Sales teams.
- Prepare formulations, specifications, BOMs, and development reports.




- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and customer requirements.
- Support commercialization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products for new product development opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in the food industry with at least 2 years in seasoning development.
- Strong knowledge of seasonings, spice blends, flavors, and food ingredients.
- Good sensory evaluation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
