Job Description: We are looking for an expert in linguistics and literature to architect our English and language communication framework. This role ensures our students achieve flawless listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills through innovative literary programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design early-years Phonics modules, reading acceleration programs, and advanced creative writing tracks.
- Curate age-appropriate reading lists, theatrical reading sessions, and public speaking frameworks for different grade levels.
- Train language teachers in contemporary ESL (English as a Second Language) techniques and communicative approaches to grammar.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in English language teaching (ELT) management, literacy framework design, or language coordination.
- Education: UG: Any Graduate || PG: M.A in English Literature, Linguistics, or Mass Communication (Mandatory).
