Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Master with solid knowledge of automobile spare parts management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end spare parts operations including inventory control, ordering, storage, and coordination with service and sales teams to ensure smooth workshop functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control inventory of automobile spare parts (genuine and aftermarket as applicable)
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of spare parts
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely availability of parts
- Prepare spare parts estimates, invoices, and job card entries
- Handle spare parts ordering from OEMs and vendors and follow up on deliveries
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure system vs physical stock accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation, bin cards, and system entries
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions




- Ensure compliance with company processes and audit requirements
- Support warranty parts handling and return processes as per OEM guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 to maximum 8 years of pure automobile spare parts experience
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, part numbers, and catalog systems
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems / DMS
- Good understanding of workshop operations and service processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
- Good communication and organizational skills

Education

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (preferred)
- Automobile Engineering background will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with automobile dealerships or authorized service centers
- Familiarity with OEM spare parts processes and standards
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven
- Willing to work at the Bhavnagar location
