Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with export regulations. The candidate will coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), and internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage export shipments from planning to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bills of Lading.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment execution and customs clearance.
- Plan dispatch schedules and monitor shipment status.
- Process duty drawback claims and export incentive documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations,



customs procedures, and BRC/eBRC requirements.
- Maintain shipment records and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- 78 years of experience in export logistics and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, DGFT regulations, duty drawback, and CHA coordination.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate: A professional with hands-on experience in export operations, international shipping, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.
