Finance Executive- MBA Fresher

- Build and execute strategic plans for financial services target accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, business cases, and financial implications.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, lenders, and clients.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, lawyers, auditors, and other stakeholders for fundraising activities.
- Ensure all business decisions comply with corporate governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and CMA data for lenders and internal management analysis.
- Prepare regulatory reports, presentations, and updates for the Board, committees, investors,



and lenders.
- Raise funds through various debt instruments, including term loans, NCDs, securitization, and other domestic and international funding sources.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports related to debt funding.
- Monitor periodic lender reporting, repayment schedules, and ensure timely debt repayments.
- Manage securitization/direct assignment collections and prepare payout reports.
