Education:

Graduate, B.Tech , MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management preferred.

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end implementation of recent customers, warehouse start-ups, process transitions and business expansion projects while ensuring smooth go-live within scope, budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute customer onboarding and warehouse go-live.
- Prepare SOPs, layouts, manpower plans and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with customers, operations, IT, HR, finance and procurement.
- Track project milestones, risks and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth operational handover and post-go-live stabilization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in warehouse implementation, project management or supply chain operations.
- Experience in customer onboarding, warehouse go-live and SOP implementation.
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of WMS, project management tools and process mapping.
