Role Summary:
Manage owned and outsourced fleet operations by improving utilization, controlling transportation costs, ensuring driver compliance and delivering high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleet utilization and route efficiency.
- Manage drivers and transport vendors.
- Track fuel efficiency and operating costs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation.
- Improve transportation productivity and customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in fleet operations and transportation management.
- Experience in managing owned and outsourced fleets.
- Strong understanding of GPS, fuel management, statutory compliance and route optimization.
- Valuable leadership and customer management skills.
