- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and allocate collection cases.
- Conduct field visits and resolve critical recovery cases.
- Prepare MIS reports and track team performance.
- Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the collection team.
