Preffered Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Role Summary:
Lead fleet maintenance activities to maximize vehicle uptime, improve reliability, reduce maintenance costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor workshop performance and OEM relationships.
- Control maintenance budgets and spare inventory.
- Ensure statutory fitness and documentation.
- Improve fleet availability and reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, workshop management and OEM coordination.
- Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, statutory compliance and cost control.
- Good leadership and vendor management capabilities.
