Requirement:

- Certified in various System Server Network Database Administration
- Hand on experience in troubleshooting, configuration, deployment, Core Compute on HCI, Windows & Open Stack Server & Production, Active network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewall, Wireless controllers
- Robust exposure to ITIL, Change Management and Configuration Management process
- Open Source Operating Systems & Databases like MySQL and Mongo DB
- MS Windows Server Operating Systems and MS SQL Database
- AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy POP-SMTP & IMAP Environment
- TCP/IP Network (Wired & Wireless) with VLAN, SSID and other LAN-WAN Protocols
- VMWare & Citrix based Virtualized & VDI systems
- Services & Service Level Monitoring with Alerts & Escalations - Ensure that service levels are achieved in line with contracts and that customers expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage critical customers incidents, associated to customer communication,



activities and any appropriate escalations Specific to our operating environment at SVPIMSR, should be well versed and hands on experience in Linux - RHEL/Centos, Ubuntu, Apache webserver, Fortigate Firewall & Security, OPENLDAP, VPN, Tomcat, Postgres/MySQL, Virtualization& Storage, VDI & Thin Client
- Working Knowledge of Venerability Assessment tools and Implementing Security Patches & Fixes as recommended
- System Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Management Services (worked in 24-7-365 Ops environment

Key Result Areas

- Project implementation on time, of quality and within costs
- Application uptime, availability and performance
- Complete master data management
- Validation of all system MIS reports, its correctness & accuracy, and its submission to respective stake holders at predefined periodicity
- Escalation of ticket/issues to respective OEMs & its resolution as per OEMs SLA

Educational Qualification: Btech/BE(IT) ,Certification in ITIL/ITSM
