Experience: (No. of years)Minimum 1 - 3 years as HR Recruiter preferably in Solar / Project Execution companies

Purpose: The purpose of this profile is to own end-to-end hiring for assigned positions for HO and site roles (Engineering, Project Execution, QA/QC, HSE, SCM, Finance) to meet project timelines and budgets. Translate MRFs into targeted searches, run structured selection, negotiate offers, and convert accepts to on-time joins with clean compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate MRFs: role scope, grade/band, budget, TAT, location/site rotation, travel, accommodation, and joining window.
- Publish job openings on various job portals and social media platforms ( naukri, indeed,linkedin)




- Define search criteria (must-haves/nice-to-haves, certifications, remote-site availability etc) also understand the keywords to be used for candidate search.
- Co-ordinate with social media team for posting the requirement
- Identify suitable candidates based on the search criteria defined
- Sharing resumes to hiring manager and collect feedback for shortlisting and further process
- Co-ordinate with hiring manager for interview process
- Undertaker negotiation with shortlisted candidates and share employee perks
- Follow for joining process with selected candidates
- Co-ordinate with reporting manager for issuing offer letter
