Qualification: Graduate in Dairy, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical Engineering

Experience: 12 to 14 Years

Location: Shrirampur

Designation: Senior Manager (Projects), Assistant General Manager (Projects)

Reporting: Reports to Corporate Engineering & Project Head; Direct Reportees: 4

Languages: English & Hindi compulsory; French, Tamil, Telugu & Marathi added advantage

Industry Preference: Dairy Manufacturing & Engineering MNCs / Large Companies; Food, Pharma and Beverage industries also considered

Key Responsibilities & Experience

- Project Management including Safety Standards & Protocols, CapEx idea generation, budget preparation, BOQ preparation, supplier evaluation, execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Must have handled projects worth INR 50 Crore annually across multiple plants/locations.
- Deep knowledge of milk receipt & processing, evaporation, dryers,



cheese, butter, paneer, ghee, milk, curd, flavored milk and packaging lines.
- Exposure to advanced technologies including Membrane Applications, AI/ML, IQF, Process Software Applications, X-Ray Inspection, Metal Detection, Robotics and Pick & Place systems.
- Knowledge of utility and energy systems including Electrical, Steam, Ice Water, Compressed Air, Water & Waste Treatment, Solar, Wind and DG Sets.
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs;, engineering drawings, mass balance calculations and engineering concepts.
- Robust understanding of food safety and human safety requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ready to travel extensively across India and occasionally internationally.
- Strong team player with flexibility to handle diverse assignments. Role & responsibilities
