Role & responsibilities

1) Timely cycle counting and adherence of PUTAWAY audit

2)Hiring and manning team optimally in line with approved manpower and ensure effective manpower utilisation. Maintain discipline in warehouse.

3) Resolving customer query within TAT and ensure smooth onboarding of new customer

Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure all GRN done in the system timely and accurately.

4) To ensure the PUTAWAY done in the warehouse with 100% accuracy

5) To ensure zero SLA breach in B2C orders processing for all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system

6) To ensure timely processing of RTO for all all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system

7) Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance

8)



Ensure timely dispatches with 100% accuracy

9) Adequate and timely reporting to all customer as per the scope of agreement

10) Recruit and train warehouse personnel as per the approved budged manpower

11) Advance planning of packing material for all the customer and ensuring adequate PM inventory available

Preferred candidate profile

Having a experience into 3PL Logistics

Having a experience into handing a client like cosmetic , fmcg and apperals

Having a experience into mid mile operation
