Job Summary

The Solar Project Coordinator (Field) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring in office activities for solar EPC projects. The role involves supervising installation teams, ensuring timely project execution, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with clients and vendors, and reporting project progress to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities for Commercial and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Supervise installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors at project sites.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.
- Coordinate material delivery, inventory, and equipment availability at the site.
- Monitor electrical and civil work execution to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.




- Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.
- Verify work completion and support project commissioning and handover.
- Ensure projects are completed within the defined timeline and budget.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.
- Experience in client handling and vendor coordination.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in solar EPC project execution or site coordination.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations. ( all over Gujarat )
