Key Responsibilities

- ERP Implementation & Configuration Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation covering Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR modules.
- Configure Odoo workflows, approval chains, access rights, and automated actions aligned to client business processes.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, produce gap-fit analyses, and translate findings into detailed functional specifications.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems including data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
- eCommerce Development & Customization Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo Website and eCommerce modules including storefront design, product catalog, and checkout flows.
- Build custom Odoo modules using Python, XML, and the OWL JavaScript framework to extend standard platform capabilities.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, shipping providers, CRMs, and ERP connectors via REST/JSON-RPC APIs.
- Optimize Odoo eCommerce for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness in coordination with the UI/UX team.
- Technical Architecture & Code Quality Design scalable,



maintainable Odoo solutions following Odoo development best practices and atQor internal coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members as the Odoo practice grows.
- Manage Odoo.sh environments including staging, production, and automated testing pipelines.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design documents, API references, and deployment runbooks.
- Client Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary Odoo technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage post-go-live support, issue resolution, and iterative feature delivery for live Odoo environments.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on sprint planning, effort estimation, and risk identification.
- Deliver end-user training sessions and produce training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent practical experience considered alongside demonstrated Odoo certification.

Experience

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience across ERP and/or eCommerce modules.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Odoo implementations delivered from requirements through go-live.
- Proven experience with Odoo 16 or 17 Community and/or Enterprise editions.




- Demonstrable background in Python development and Odoo ORM, including custom module development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL including query optimization, schema changes, and database maintenance.

Technical Skills

Odoo: Custom module development, OWL/QWeb templates, RPC calls, Odoo.sh.

Python: Object-oriented programming, Odoo ORM models, computed fields, wizards, schedulers.

Web: XML, JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, HTML5.

Database: PostgreSQL queries, indexing, migrations.

DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux server administration, Docker (advantageous).

Odoo Certifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the required certifications listed below. Holding multiple certifications is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Odoo.sh platform for hosting, staging, and CI/CD management.
- Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment delivering multiple concurrent client projects.
- Background in sign manufacturing, printing, retail distribution, or similar industries.
- Experience rescuing or taking over troubled Odoo implementations from prior vendors.
- Knowledge of Odoo Partner Program requirements and ability to support atQors Odoo partner registration process.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
