We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all in office construction activities.

- Manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and material usage.

- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide the team.

- Liaise with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving delays or issues.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

- Oversee site safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
