We're looking for a Category Manager with 1-4 years of experience to help us scale new heights.

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard quality supply: Ensure the right service professionals are onboarded to meet customer demand with excellent service delivery.

2. Operational Excellence: Maintain smooth daily operations and collaborate with category heads for growth and quality improvements.

3. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage analytical skills to tackle key business challenges and propose effective solutions.

4. On-the-Ground Leadership: Understand real issues firsthand by engaging with customers and partners,



and implement processes to improve service quality and onboarding.
