Position to be filled: Project Manager

Experience 5-8 Years

Qualification 6 10 years of total experience in project management

At least 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role

Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, tracking consultant effort daily

Robust ownership in execution planning, monitoring every hour/every day progress

Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks

Excellent skills in project planning, execution control, reporting, and governance

Should enforce and drive best practices in project management (e.g., burn-down charts, MoMs, timesheet tracking, payment schedule updates, risk/issue logs, etc.)

Must submit weekly project health reports including: Effort and manday utilization tracking Summary of all MoMs Payment dues vs milestones Projected revenue vs burn

Strong skills in stakeholder communication, project documentation, and conflict resolution

Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence

Minimum Qualification: BBA/MBA/MCA/BE

Job Duties:

- Own full lifecycle project delivery, from initiation to closure
- Define scope, timeline,



and team activities in alignment with business goals
- Monitor daily progress of all involved consultants
- Track and report mandays, actual vs planned efforts
- Enforce rigorous time tracking, MoMs, and milestone adherence
- Prepare and submit structured weekly reports to leadership including: MoMs, risks/issues
- Invoices/payments pending
- Resource utilization vs projected revenue
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
- Engage regularly with stakeholders on delivery health
- Implement continuous improvement practices in agile execution
- Ensure all documentation (SoW, RAID log, UAT, Release Notes) is consistently maintained

Skills Preferred:

Agile delivery, Scrum Master certification, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Advanced MS Excel/Reporting, Stakeholder management
