Role & responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

* Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, and customers within the assigned territory.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

* Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

* Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

* Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.





* Experience in dealer and distributor network development.

* Good understanding of agricultural products, irrigation systems, or allied industries is preferred.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

* Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Fluency in English and the regional language; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
