Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various BPO/Call Centre roles through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of BPO hiring processes, including mass hiring, volume hiring, bulk hiring, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
