Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to safety protocols.

- Manage labor resources effectively by planning schedules, allocating tasks, and resolving conflicts among team members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision).

- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines.
