Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Government Sales Manager to lead and expand our government business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Government Tender Management, GeM Portal, Institutional Sales, and the IVD/Medical Diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive business with Central & State Government Hospitals, Medical Colleges, AIIMS, ESIC, Railways, Defence, and other government healthcare institutions.
- Identify and manage opportunities through GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-Tender platforms.




- Handle the complete government tender lifecycle, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with government officials, procurement departments, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve government sales targets and expand institutional business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for tender documentation, order execution, installations, and payment follow-up.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 5–6 years of experience in Government Sales within the IVD, Medical Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience in Government Tender Management and GeM Portal is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Government Procurement, e-Tendering, CPP Portal, and Institutional Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving government business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
