Senior leadership role at Oraiyan Groups — drive multi-project sales for one of Bengaluru's fastest-growing plotted development companies, reporting into the Sales Head of the group.

What you'll do

Own the aggregate sales number across multiple projects (Sindoor Green City, VR New Town Hoskote, GBA, and pipeline launches)

Lead a vertical of Sales Heads, Team Leaders, and BDEs — hiring, training, and performance management

Present weekly results, failures, and next-week strategy at the Monday 11:30 AM HOD review with the CEO

Design launch strategies and pricing execution (East-West-North-Corner pricing, pre-launch offers) with the Conception and Marketing teams

Scale the channel partner network into a predictable revenue engine

✅ What we're looking for

8+ years in real estate sales with 3+ years managing multi-team or multi-project P&L;

Proven history of delivering large plotted/residential sales numbers in Karnataka

Strong leadership presence — you will run rooms of 50+ salespeople

Kannada + English essential; Hindi a plus

In office: Jayanagar HQ + project sites
