Role Description:

Surprise Machi is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (2–4

years experience) to join our growing creative team.

This role goes beyond basic execution. We are looking for someone who can:

- Conceptualize new surprise products and themed experiences
- Translate ideas into visually compelling, market-ready creatives
- Elevate our brand aesthetics across platforms
- Contribute to campaign strategy and product innovation

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong visual storytelling ability, capable of

designing both digital and physical experiential assets while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency, events, or brand experience

preferred).

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in product mock-ups and pitch deck design is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and product design.





Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Concept & Product Design.
- Conceptualize and design new surprise products, gifting concepts, and themed event.

- Design product packaging, proposal kits, and experiential collaterals.
- Create customised event materials such as invitations, banners, backdrops, and props.

Marketing & Brand Design.

- Design creatives for social media, performance marketing campaigns, and website

assets.

- Develop campaign visuals aligned with marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Build reusable templates and visual systems for internal use Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, event execution, and client-handling teams
- Translate client briefs into strong visual storytelling
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure print quality and execution accuracy

Quality Control & Timely Execution

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Implement revisions efficiently based on feedback.
- Ensure high attention to detail in every deliverable.

Innovation & Creative Contribution

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new event themes and campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, experiential marketing innovations, and competitor

activities.

- Contribute ideas to enhance product offerings and visual identity.
