Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding materials under the guidance of senior designers and marketing teams. Typical tasks include assisting in the development of logos, social media creatives, web banners, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.



The Junior Graphic Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine design concepts, prepare final files for production or digital use, and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms. The role also includes basic image editing, layout design, and maintaining an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support visual identity creation.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Typography and layout principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar) is beneficial and video editing.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including digital and brand assets, is preferred.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, work collaboratively in a team, and meet deadlines is essential.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
