Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in New Delhi. The Massage Therapist will perform a range of bodywork treatments, including therapeutic and relaxation massages, tailored to guest needs and health considerations. Responsibilities include conducting pre-session consultations, explaining available treatments, maintaining high hygiene standards, and preparing treatment rooms and equipment. The role involves supporting stress management and overall wellness for guests, ensuring a professional and respectful experience throughout each visit.



The Massage Therapist will also manage appointment schedules, provide aftercare guidance, and collaborate with the team to maintain consistent service quality.
Qualifications

- Therapeutic bodywork skills, including Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with a focus on safety and proper techniques.
- Experience or training in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and other relaxation or wellness-focused treatments.
- Ability to support guest well-being through Stress Management techniques and holistic care approaches.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and an empathetic, guest-centered approach.
- Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or spa/wellness practices from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of basic anatomy, contraindications, and client intake procedures to ensure safe treatment delivery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace ethics.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
