About the Role

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Bengali to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors. You will speak with farmers from West Bengal over phone calls in Bengali, understand their crop,



pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, help them place orders, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Bengali (and Hindi where needed)
- Understand crop issues and advise suitable products
- Guide farmers in placing orders over the call
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling
- Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls
- Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM
- Build farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases

Requirements

- B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome)
- Native/fluent Bengali speaker; working Hindi
- Good communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with targets
- Willing to work from our Bhopal office
