Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager collaborates with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, tracks performance against targets, and reports on market trends and competitor activities.



This role also requires regular follow-up with clients, participation in networking events, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
