Key responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions. Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead records. Support email marketing, LinkedIn and social media activities. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams. Achieve admission and business development targets. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.



Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in Admissions, Business Development, Sales or Customer Relations is preferred.
