Follow up with leads, address client queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM. Coordinate with the Process Team to ensure a seamless transition after client onboarding. Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific eligibility criteria. Achieve monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
