Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Consultant to lead enterprise CRM transformation projects. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions that improve customer engagement, sales performance, and service operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional consulting expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business processes.
- Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
- Configure and implement:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (Marketing)
- Customer Insights (preferred)

- Design:
- Lead Management
- Opportunity Management
- Sales Pipelines
- Quotes & Orders

- Knowledge Base
- Marketing Automation
- Customer Segmentation

- Configure security roles and business process flows.
- Define functional requirements and collaborate with development teams.
- Support data migration, testing, training, and production deployment.
- Mentor junior consultants.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities.

Power Platform Responsibilities





- Build Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse.
- Develop Canvas Apps for business users.
- Create Power Automate workflows.
- Design Power BI dashboards and KPIs.
- Develop Copilot Studio chatbots for customer support.
- Extend Dynamics 365 using Dataverse and Power Platform capabilities.

Experience

- 8-15 years of CRM consulting experience.

- Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation projects.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
