We are seeking a precision-driven and detail-oriented candidate to operate, monitor, and maintain MPCVD equipment for diamond or advanced material growth

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics or chemistry, with basic understanding, hands-on experience or academic exposure to plasma systems, vacuum technology, and material deposition techniques

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor MPCVD systems for diamond or advanced material growth

- Set up process parameters including gas flow, pressure, microwave power, and temperature

- Perform routine system checks, calibration, and preventive maintenance

- Follow SOPs for various plasma processes and ensure minimal downtime

- Maintain process logs, run sheets, and experimental data records

- Adhere strictly to safety protocols for high voltage, plasma, and gas handling systems

- Perform substrate cleaning, preparation, and substrate arrangement prior to growth





Required Qualifications

- MSc in Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science / Applied Physics
- Freshers or 1 3 years experience with vacuum systems

Required Skills Knowledge

Technical Skills

- Familiarity with vacuum systems, and PVD/CVD techniques is desirable
- Basic data analysis (Excel, Origin, or similar tools)

Soft Skills

- Robust analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative research manufacturing teams
- Willingness to work in shifts
