Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute customer lifecycle retention journeys
- Reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email WhatsApp automation
- Create multichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App Web Push)
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Track retention, reactivation, repeat purchase ratio customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Prepare performance reports with revenue impact insights
- Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Content teams Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing Marketing Automation
- Robust understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
- Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
