Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination between clients and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will assist in understanding client needs, preparing business documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand and document business requirements.

- Assist in preparing BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS, user stories, flow diagrams, and functional specifications.

- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions and solution recommendations.

- Help in preparing wireframes, workflows, and process documentation.

- Track project requirements and ensure proper documentation updates.





- Support testing activities by validating delivered features against documented requirements.

- Assist in identifying gaps, risks, and scope changes during project execution.

- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive documentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business language.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, or related field.

- Internship or prior experience in an IT company will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar is a plus.
