Job Description FMS Engineer (IT Support)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an FMS Engineer (IT Support) to provide Level-1 IT support for manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth functioning of desktops, networks, production systems, and end-user devices to maintain uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, AV systems, and plant IT applications.
- Troubleshoot iPads, scanners, barcode printers, and Wi-Fi/network connectivity.
- Support production line PCs and manufacturing systems.
- Perform data backup, restoration, and server coordination.
- Manage incidents through the ticketing system and coordinate with vendors.




- Provide remote and onsite support during critical incidents, including weekends if required.

Qualification:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2-5 years in Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, or Manufacturing IT.
