Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Manager to lead the structural design and coordination of residential building projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in RCC design, structural analysis, value engineering, and coordination with architectural, MEP, and site execution teams to ensure safe, economical, and code-compliant structural solutions.

- Prepare, review, and optimize structural designs for residential high-rise and low-rise buildings.
- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC structures in compliance with relevant IS Codes and NBC guidelines.
- Develop structural drawings, calculations, and design reports.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical consultants, and project execution teams.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.




- Conduct value engineering to optimize structural costs without compromising safety or quality.
- Review reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules, and structural shop drawings.
- Ensure timely delivery of structural designs aligned with project schedules.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural design-related issues.
- Coordinate foundation design based on soil investigation reports.
- Monitor design changes and maintain proper documentation and revision control.
- Participate in design review meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
