Role & responsibilities
Sr. Engineer Quality will be responsible for ensuring process quality compliance during EV charger manufacturing operations including in process inspection, assembly process control, testing validation, final inspection, and customer quality improvement. The role includes monitoring process defects, implementing corrective actions, reducing rejection/rework, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Work Experience - - - - 5-8 years of total experience in Quality Assurance in E V C h a r g e r / Electronics or PCBA manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of experience in EV charging products, EV power electronics, or comparable industrial power electronics manufacturing. Proven track record of leading quality teams of 5 or more engineers and technicians. Experience working directly with OEM customers in a Tier-1 or Tier-2 manufacturing setting.
