Position : Sr. Executive - Finance

Education:- CA - Inter Only

Salary Budget - INR 5.50 lakhs p.a.

Gender Male /Female - Any

Must have requirements:
1. CA Inter with hands on experience of 5-7 year in the field of accounting.
2. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.

Below is the list of activities expected from the role which may occur at daily / monthly / annual basis depending on the task.
1. Full involvement in monthly financial book closing activities
2. Assist in preparation of monthly MIS.
3. Assist in preparation of Financial statements.
4. Compilation of monthly BS schedules and getting the respective shedules from AR, AP, Costing, Treasury Tax Department.
5. Scrutiny of various GL accounts.
6. Activation/Deactivation of GL Code and Mapping of GL Code as per requirement.
7. Working on various data to be given to management as and when required.

Any other F A related work

Behavioural skill set required:
Quick learner
Understanding and application of accounting / audit tools / techniques
Good with numbers reporting
Capacity to work in pressure situations with very quick turnaround times
Process orientation and analytical skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in matrix structure with multiple cross functional teams

Interview Process - One to One Interview of 3 rounds of shortlisted candidates.
