Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the Agency Channel business. The role involves driving branch sales, managing agency teams, recruiting and developing advisors, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Agency Channel business for the assigned branch.
- Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers and Insurance Advisors.
- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, field visits, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify market opportunities and execute business growth strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation Mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Prior team handling and leadership experience preferred.
- Age below 34 years.
- Robust communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

CTC: Up to 11 LPA (Based on Experience)
