Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships and supplier/partner contracts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery for Decorpot customers
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies
Forecast, track, analyze, and report business performance
Source and manage skilled vendors, including:

- Carpenters
- Electricians
- False Ceiling Contractors
- Granite Vendors
- Wallpaper Installation Teams




- Gas Pipeline/Fitting Technicians

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Vendor Manager (interior industry preferred)
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Industry awareness is an added advantage
