Job Description -

- Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Motor insurance through Agency channel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration of Motor insurance products.
- Relationship Management:
- Build robust relationships with Agents to ensure retention and productivity.
- Provide continuous support and motivation to Agents for achieving business goals.
