Role holder will be responsible to ensure Sales, Prospect Management, Dealer management & gathering market information in the assigned region.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop & drive annual sales strategy for assigned region.
- Achievement of sales (volume) and market share target for assigned region & ensure working capital management for all dealers
- Ensuring dealerships are well funded & maintain appropriate stocks.
- Coaching and developing the teams capabilities to desired levels.
- Network management New dealer appointment, dealer systems & processes & bridge channel gap in defined area.
- Ensuring business hygiene is maintained (receivable, stocks, days/aging)
- Ensure compliance to Sales Excellence activities and to provide countermeasure actions.
- Sales & Marketing projects – to drive and implement market specific interventions.

Preferred candidate profile

- An Engineering graduate with 16+ years in the Auto / Tractor industry. Should have been in sales function leading a region or have exposure handling a team.
- Valuable communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
- Position Reporting to: Zonal Manager Sales & Distribution
