Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, client management, and business growth activities, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through:
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- Cold calling
- Online platforms & portals

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, etc.)
- Manage and nurture leads through the complete sales cycle
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Update and manage lead data using CRM or tracking tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as a BDE / BDM in the IT services industry
- Proven experience in lead generation and lead management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive understanding of IT services and solutions
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach
- Ability to handle client communication independently
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in international client handling
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Exposure to proposal writing and requirement analysis
