Responsibilities

- Partner Management: Build relationships with the Branch Manager and bank staff to ensure continuous product referrals.
- Sales Targets: Drive monthly and annual life insurance sales goals for the assigned bank branches.
- Staff Training: Conduct product training and skill development sessions for partner bank employees on need-based selling.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through banking enablers and by addressing walk-in customer queries.
- Customer Support: Assist with policy issuance, resolve financial queries, and provide after-sales service to policyholders.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate/Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in life insurance sales, with a preference for prior Bancassurance or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) backgrounds.
- Key Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, relationship building, and the ability to drive cross-sales.
